Load Planning and flight preparation
When check-in is still in progress, the responsible load controller sets up the initial loadplan, downloads the flight documents (company flightplans, MET reports, service information) for the crew and prepares all other documents required for a specific flight.

Turn-Around Coordination and Ramp Supervision
During the turn-around of the aircraft our ramp agent or turn-around coordinator coordinates all services (cleaning, catering, fuelling, water- and toilet service, waste service, de-icing etc.), supervises the loading and communicates all important information to both the crew and the back office.

Load Information Report, Weight&Balance Calculation, Flight Information Processing
In our central Operations Office the actual weight of the aircraft and the crew, fuel, passengers and baggage, special baggage and cargo are compiled into a “Load Sheet” (Mass and Trimsheet) for the flight. All telex communication related to a specific flight (estimated time of arrival, delay, actual time of departure, load and special load etc.) is processed here and transmitted to its final destination as well as the airline´s operations center and the airport´s IT (e.g. passenger information system) updated.
